Program Manager

Mr. Weissmuller managed the San Antonio Office of the Texas Maxima Corporation.  This included overseeing 30+ personnel, many small contracts as well as a $5 million task order contract for the Air Force Human Resources Laboratory (AFHRL).  In his dual role as Senior Scientist, Mr. Weissmuller designed and conducted advanced seminars covering traditional and innovative applications of the new Comprehensive Occupational Data Analysis Programs (ASCII CODAP) system. These sessions included an Executive Overview, a Policy Setting Seminar and various programs for the management, senior job analysts, and computer technicians at the United States Air Force Occupational Measurement Center (USAFOMC). New techniques for interpreting task clustering solutions (module-typing) had to be devised to allow USAFOMC to operationally use the results of over 10 years of research.  His contributions in this area included the creation, evaluation, and implementation of new statistical procedures in automated job analysis, the application of artificial intelligence techniques to link occupationally-related data systems, the successful application of CODAP technology to many advanced research projects, and the mainframe-micro computer transfer of CODAP technology and data to support operational Air Force programs such as the Specialty Knowledge Test (SKT) outline development used in the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS).
