Marketing & Technology Transfer |
| Mr. Weissmuller was assigned to the federal government's Transfer of Technology efforts in the late 1970s after being recognized for interservice cooperation in correspondence between Army and Air Force General Officers. Leaving after 10 years of federal service, Mr. Weissmuller became a consultant (and troubleshooter) for many governmental agencies and commercial clients throughout the globe. Mr. Weissmuller maintained his familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR & DAR) as he managed active projects and developed R&D proposals for Minority-Owned Businesses. This work included organizing, coordinating, writing, staffing, and costing proposals for standard Request for Proposals (RFPs) as well as Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) projects and responses to Broad Area Announcements (BAAs). Most recently, his executive talents have been expanded to include not-for-profit organizational management working towards Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRDA) with the government. |
