| Although Mr. Weissmuller spent the first ten years of his career in the military and civil service, he has focused on new business development since that time. Mr. Weissmuller has worked for minority-owned firms in an explosive growth mode followed by market recognition. Two of these firms made it into INC Magazine's Top 500 small businesses. During these years, part of Mr. Weissmuller's mission was to find small businesses and help nurture them into the growth mode. In addition to providing consulting services to large organizations (like the Ford Motor Company), Mr. Weissmuller has worked with small companies looking for corporate strategies leading to explosive growth.
