Mr. Weissmuller founded Sensible Systems, Inc. (SSI) to encourage the responsible spread of task-based job analysis methods. Mr. Weissmuller's improved microcomputer design (atCODAP) has led government agencies with the mainframe CODAP version to hire his company's services to meet tight project deadlines. atCODAP has been licensed to consultants and governmental agencies from Washington D.C. to Australia.  At the request of the University of Wollongong, Australia, Mr. Weissmuller dedicated five months in 1990 to support the South Coast Employment Development Project (SCEDP) in Australia. Mr. Weissmuller, working through Sensible Systems, Inc., helped SCEDP to realign over 200 job families in one of Australia's largest steel company, covering over 6,000 workers and seven languages. Mr. Weissmuller's technical consulting for occupational analysis in his earlier years led to higher and higher level discussions involving long-term corporate strategies. Most recently, Mr. Weissmuller has served as a consultant to The ALI Group for financial modeling, strategic planning, and the appropriate use of emerging technologies.
